Shipping Policy

Online orders placed will typically ship within 3-5 business days unless a holiday weekend. Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking number provided. 


Exchange Policy

Exchanges can be made within 17 days of in store purchase or 17 days from delivery date if an online order. Exchanges are subject to item availability. If item is no longer available, then refund will be given as long as item is unworn, unwashed and in same condition that it was received in.

Return & Refund Policy lasts 17 days.

If it's been more than 17 days since in-store purchase or online delivery date, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund/return.


Item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that it was received in order to be eligible for a refund. Must be within the 17 days for refund/return. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please pack your return item with a note of order number, name, and address. Make sure item is unworn, unwashed, free of pet hair and send to return address below:

Please note: you are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the reason for return is due to a faulty/damaged product) and original shipping costs cannot be refunded.

It is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service and ensure you keep tracking numbers until you receive confirmation of refund. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we do not accept any responsibility for lost items.


Once we receive your return and your item is inspected, we will send you an email to notify you your refund has been processed or rejected.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days (depending on your financial institution.
